By accessing our website (whitesandstm.com), participating in our courses, joining our Discord community, or engaging with any WSTM content (including but not limited to webinars, newsletters, social media posts, or mentoring sessions), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. WSTM is an educational platform. We are not:

By participating in our Discord or other community spaces, you agree to:

Be respectful and professional.

WSTM reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.

8. Payments, Refunds & Access

Fees for mentoring, courses, or community memberships are clearly stated at checkout.
Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final and non-refundable.
WSTM may update pricing and offerings at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WSTM and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our content or services.
You agree to hold WSTM harmless from any losses or claims arising from your participation.
